All the houses that we rent have certain minimum standard features which are listed below. The amenities in most homes far exceed those listed below.

Most homes have a Hot Tub or Jacuzzi in addition to the private pool.

All houses have fully automatic Air Conditioning and Heating.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Complete bedding, comforters, pillows and spare linen
TV in at least one master suite
At least 2 bathrooms
At least one bath and one shower
Towels but NOT face cloths
Small initial supply of hand soap and toilet rolls
Alarm clock.

Kitchen/Utility
Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board
Stove - either gas or electric with oven and four cooking rings
Refrigerator with top freezer and ice maker
Dish washer
Flatware, tableware and cookware
Sink with waste disposal
Small appliances - coffee maker, toaster, can opener, blender etc
Telephone with dataport - with free local calls.

Family Room
TV with cable service, VCR and/or DVD
Music system/radio
Sofa/armchair seating for between 6 and 10 persons.

Dining/Cafe
Either dining or kitchen/cafe seating for between 6 and 10 persons.

Garage/Parking
At least one covered garage parking space and driveway parking for 2 cars.

Private Pool/Deck
Screen enclosed private pool and deck
Patio table with seating/lounging for 6 - 10 persons.
